AGREEMENT TO TERMS

These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Traflio ("Traflio", "we", "us", or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the https://traflio.com website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the "Site"). You agree that by accessing the Site, you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms of Use. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE TERMS OF USE, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SITE AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.

Supplemental terms and conditions or documents that may be posted on the Site from time to time are hereby expressly incorporated herein by reference. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to these Terms of Use at any time and for any reason. SUBSCRIPTION TERMS

Monthly Subscription

If you have chosen a monthly term, your Traflio subscription will continue month-to-month unless and until you cancel or we terminate it. You must cancel your subscription before it renews each month in order to avoid billing of the next month's subscription fees. Monthly renewals occur on the month anniversary of your initial purchase date.

Yearly Subscription

If you have chosen a yearly term, your Traflio subscription will continue year-to-year unless and until you cancel or we terminate it. You must cancel your subscription before it renews each year in order to avoid billing of the next year's subscription fees. Yearly renewals occur on the anniversary (month and day) of your initial purchase date.

CANCELLATION

All purchases are non-refundable. You can cancel your subscription at any time in your user account settings or by contacting us using the contact information provided below. NO AFFILIATION WITH REDDIT

Traflio is an independent tool designed to help with Reddit marketing. We hereby declare that:

  • Traflio is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with Reddit, Inc. or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates.
  • The term "Reddit" as well as related names, marks, emblems, and images are registered trademarks of their respective owners.
  • Traflio accesses publicly available information on Reddit independently.
  • Users of Traflio are responsible for ensuring their use of the tool complies with Reddit's terms of service and any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Any issues or disputes arising from the use of Reddit's platform should be directed to Reddit, not to Traflio.
  • By using Traflio, you acknowledge and agree that we are an independent service provider and that Reddit bears no responsibility or liability for our services.

PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
